WREN REFLEXOLOGY: YOUR PATH TO RELAXATION

My name is Alison and I have been working as a Clinical Reflexologist since 2022 and am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT). I am also registered with the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and can be found on the NHS Listings. 

I attained my Level 5 qualification with Jubilee College and since then, as part of my continued professional development, have further attained diplomas from Jubilee College in Head Massage and Hot & Cold Stone Reflexology (Katy Wayne), RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) with Sally Kay and Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method). In addition, I am a qualified Baby Reflex™ and Toddler Reflex™ practitioner.

I am also a Reiki Master following the Usui method of natural healing. I firmly believe in a holistic approach to health and well being and the power that Reflexology and Reiki can have to bring balance to the body and stimulate healing. I provide clients with deeply relaxing and effective treatments to reduce tension and anxiety tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Prior to training to become a Clinical Reflexologist I worked in London for 15 years in Law firms and then International Investment Banks where I became a Compliance Office before leaving to start a family. 

As a mum of 5 and having experienced first-hand the pressures and stresses of working long hours, commuting, as well as trying to maintain a work-life balance enables me to relate to many of my clients and to better understand how daily stresses can have a detrimental effect on people’s general health and wellbeing.

I provide bespoke treatments to suit client’s individual needs in a calm and confidential environment.
